CorporateTreasurer有多年关于亚太地区的金融媒体资历和经验。已通过多次举办关于“一带一路”的高端论坛，与中国乃至亚洲相关企业和政府机构进行着合作与接洽。
CorporateTreasurer将于2018年6月22日在深圳君悦酒店2楼盛会厅举办CT China系列金融年会，今年也是举办此系列年会的第三年。此次峰会的主题为“中国走出去战略——企业实现财资业务的国际化”。
CT China峰会将汇集200名来自中国大湾区各行业财务官，司库们共商企业在“一带一路”政策下的财务策略以及转型方法。此次年会将会是一个良好的平台，能够让各行企业代表分享经验、互相交流学习。
China Outbound will gather CFOs, treasurers, and other finance executives from China’s Greater Bay Area to discuss strategies and solutions for internationalising your treasury and finance operations. This one day event will focus on opportunities, risks, and rewards of going global, technical tools to support expansion, and using technology to reform your operations.
We are targeting an audience of around 150-200 Chinese corporates, based in the Greater Bay Area or with operations and treasury centres in Hong Kong.

Tightening regulation and higher costs for onshore funding means that increasing numbers of Chinese corporations are looking to the offshore markets to raise their funds. This session will explore what this means for companies looking to grow their operations and will examine funding solutions more generally, including M&A, for companies with plans for cross-border expansion. It will also touch on best ways to manage banking relationships with a look at the best connected providers globally, and how green finance can play a role in your funding strategy.

As more Chinese companies are actively expanding their operations across borders, the transfer and management of funds overseas have grown in importance. Overseas CTCs have proven to be the most efficient way to centralise a company’s treasury and risk management activities and CTCs have been growing in popularity. There has been intense competition between various CTC hubs in the region and so this session will examine the factors that companies should consider when deciding on where to establish these centres.

New technologies have been touted as the solutions for many treasury challenges in the realms of cross- border payment solutions, trade finance, and KYC/AML issues. Increased transparency, efficiency, and better prices are all benefits of adopting such technologies to help a company’s treasury operations. In looking at cross-border and internationalising your operations, the use of technology-based solutions is clear. However, understanding how to implement and make best use of this technology is still unclear for many treasurers and finance executives.
