Tight Coupling with the Belt and Road Initiative to Promote International Capacity Cooperation

     The Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road are called as the Belt and Road Initiative for short. The Belt and Road run through the continents of Asia and Europe, connecting the Asia Pacific economic circle on the east, and European economic circle on the west. There are common interests between China to the countries along the routine on the issues like economic develoment, living standards improvemnt, crisis management and accelerating adjustment. In the history, the Silk Road on Land& Sea were regarded as major economic and cultural exchange paths conntected China and Central Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, West Asia, East Africa as well as Europe. The Belt and Road initiative, as the inheritance and promotion of the ancient silk road , which has gained widely recognized.

Why do we put forward "The Belt and Road Initiative" ?

       The Belt and Road Initiative is designed to uphold the global free trade regime and the open world economy in the spirit of open regional cooperation, which is in line with the fundamental interests of the international community and highlights the common ideal and pursuit of human society. It is an active exploration of international cooperations and golbal governance modes, whihch will definitly add new positive energy to the world peace. The connectivity projects of the Initiative will help align and coordinate the development strategies of the countires along the Belt and Road, tap market potential in this region, promote investment and consumption, create demands and job opportunities, enhance people-to-people and cultural exhanges, and mutual learning among the peoples of the relevant countries. China’s economy is closely connected with the world economy. China will stay committed to the basic policy of opening-up, build a new pattern of all-around opening-up, and integrate itself deeper into the world ecnomic system.

     The Belt and Road Initiative has been developing gradually based on the stable development of international capacity cooperation. Under the new development concepts of innovation, coordination, environmental protection, open and sharing, if we can work together and seek common development will not only open up a new prospect for international capacity cooperation, create new opportunity for enterprises from all countries, explore new space for Chinese economic development but make great contributions to the recovery of the world economy.
