The Secretary-General paid offical visit to the Consulate General of Thailand.

On the afternoon of February 21, the Secretary-General Jiang Hongyue has visited the Consulate General of Thailand in Guangzhou and had a friendly talk with the consul Mr. Pisut Chotaumpaikorn.

During the meeting, Mr. Pisut Chotaumpaikorn has warmly introduced the social customs and habits, national development strategy, investment environment, advantageous industries, foreign investment policy and the key industries of Thailand to us.The Secretary-General Jiang HongYue also introduced the current situation and the future development plan of our Association, as well as the members enterprises demands of making trade and investment with Thailand to Mr. Pisut Chotaumpaikorn, who has given fully supports to the works of our Association and been looking forward to keeping closely contacts with each other in the future for making more contribution to better develop the trade and investment issues between Shenzhen and Thailand. Mr. Pisut Chotaumpaikorn also expressed that it will be greatly appreciated that if we can organize enterprises to make business investigation and investment in Thailand, and the Consulate General of Thailand will be quite willing to provide assistance for such kind of activities.

Through this visit, we have not only a deeper understanding of Thailand's latest development strategy and the key areas of investment as well as the supportive policies toward foreign enterprises that interested in making investment in Thailand, but established friendly relations and reached a series of cooperation intention with each other. In the end, Mr. Pisut Chotaumpaikorn took photos with us and led us to look around the Consulate General of Thailand in Guangzhou.
